Now Open and Accepting New Patients
Fountain Hills Primary Care is now open and seeing new patients for Telemedicine visits, with in-home visits at no additional cost for conditions requiring a physical evaluation or point-of-care testing.
What is Direct Primary Care?Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an increasingly popular alternative to insurance, which primary care doctors are using to give their patients better care at an affordable cost.
As the cost of health insurance rises, so has the cost for your doctors to render care. A large portion of this cost increase is incurred by the expanding need for staff to bill and receive reimbursement from health insurance companies. Some medical clinics account for this expense by shortening visit times to see more patients in a day. Unfortunately, these rushed visits too often lead to misdiagnoses which could have been avoided. Direct Primary Care doctors recognize the danger in this practice and instead bill outside of insurance. The resultant decrease in cost translates to an affordable monthly membership fee for patients to see their doctor promptly and receive the care they deserve. For about the cost of a cell phone bill, your DPC doctor takes charge of your healthcare by offering unparalleled access through direct messaging, same-day and next-day sick visits, and convenient video and telephone appointments. In combination with steep discounts on prescription medications, diagnostic imaging, and lab work, patients often find their overall costs go down, while receiving higher quality care. |

Extended Appointment Times
We are happy to offer extended new patient and follow up visits. This allows us the time needed to listen to you and provide better care. Telephone and Video Visits
We understand that not every problem requires a trip to our office. For that reason, we gladly offer telephone and video visits as you prefer.* *Your doctor may however request an in-office visit for high-complexity problems which require a physical exam to ensure you receive appropriate care. Discounted Medications at In-House Pharmacy
We've all bought something in bulk before, and there's almost always a cost savings associated with it. At Fountain Hills Primary Care, we buy common prescription medications in bulk and pass the savings on to our patients as a membership perk. For safety reasons, we do not purchase or store controlled substances. Your provider can still prescribe these medications to be filled at an outside pharmacy. Same and Next Day Sick Visits
When you're feeling sick, you should be seen promptly. That's why our practice reserves time for same and next day sick visits. We're here for you when you need us the most. Hospital and Specialist Care Coordination
In the event that you are hospitalized, your provider will contact your hospital team to review your medical history and plan of care. We will also obtain and review a summary of your hospital course on discharge. It's a process called transitions of care, which performed correctly can make all the difference in your care. We are also happy to coordinate with your specialist physicians to ensure that you get the best care possible. and so much more!
